We are looking for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to work within our clients' homes providing direct patient care. You will be working with a physician, Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to develop and manage care plans, as well as instruct patients and their families in proper treatment, helping individuals take steps to improve or maintain health. As a nurse, you will be responsible for following a physician established plan of treatment under the direction of our Director of Clinical Services.
You will be providing homecare services to patients in Springfield and the surrounding area. We currently have 3-11 pm shifts available on Full-Time, Part-Time and PRN basis. We also have other shifts available; please stop by for more information. CPR certification preferred or we can provide certification.

We are looking for Certified Nurse Assistants (CNA) or Personal Care Assistants (PCA) to work within our client's homes providing direct patient care. You will be responsible for following an established plan of treatment under the direction of our Director of Clinical Services. Services may include: bathing, housekeeping, or respite care.
You will be providing homecare services to patients in Springfield and the surrounding area. We currently have part-time shifts available in the Ash Grove/ Willard area. We also have other shifts available; please call for more information. Weekly pay, mileage reimbursement and travel time paid.
